Shenzhen Poly Culture Plaza is a landmark commercial complex in Nanshan District, occupying a key strategic location. Its central position and direct connection to Shenzhen Subway Line 2 make it the area's first truly subway-connected commercial complex, greatly increasing its commercial value and visitor accessibility. Fire safety and uninterrupted power supply are essential for the design and operation of large-scale public buildings. For this project, Key For You supplied 3C-certified, flexible, mineral-insulated, fire-resistant cables. Liede Bridge

The Liede Bridge in Guangzhou is a key infrastructure project that improves connectivity along the Pearl River and supports integrated development. As a landmark suspension bridge with distinctive shell-shaped pylons, it requires a highly reliable power supply system. The primary technical challenge is to ensure that the supplied cables can withstand harsh outdoor conditions, including humidity, constant vibration, and temperature fluctuations. This reliability is crucial for maintaining uninterrupted power to the bridge’s lighting, surveillance, and control systems. Due to our proven track record and the contractor’s trust, Key For You was chosen as the primary cable supplier for this project. We delivered a range of low-voltage power and control cable solutions designed for demanding infrastructure environments. Hefei Xinhua International Financial Plaza is a modern urban complex in the city’s core district, covering approximately 348,000 square meters. The development integrates premium office space, boutique residences, and star-rated hotel services. As a high-rise community serving a large population, its design prioritizes not only functionality and aesthetics but also the highest standards of safety and reliability. The project team placed particular emphasis on fire safety as a critical safeguard for the building. This environment poses significant challenges for traditional fire protection power supply solutions. In a fire, standard cables may fail under extreme temperatures, potentially disabling critical fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and smoke extraction systems, which could lead to catastrophic consequences. The project team, therefore, set advanced requirements for fire protection engineering, demanding uninterrupted power delivery under extreme conditions to ensure critical time for evacuation and firefighting. To meet these safety standards, the project team engaged Key For You to supply high-performance fire-resistant cables. Key For You provided a specialized solution using cables insulated with solid mineral compounds, which maintain circuit integrity for hours in flames exceeding 1000°C. These cables offer exceptional fire resistance, high-temperature endurance, and smoke-free, non-toxic properties, fully meeting the fire safety requirements of this super-tall landmark: the NG-A (BTLY) flexible mineral-insulated fire-resistant cable. Through this project, Key For You has provided strong assurance for the building’s critical fire protection power systems. The deployment of this reliable mineral-insulated cable network establishes a passive safety barrier that exceeds standard specifications. This significantly enhances the building’s safety rating and risk resilience, while also offering long-term peace of mind and convenience for occupants and visitors.

Nanhu Ju Bao Yuan apartment complex

The Nanhu Ju Bao Yuan apartment complex’s Power System Integration Project is located in Qingxiu District, Nanning City, near Nanhu Park. This prime location requires infrastructure that strikes a balance between environmental compatibility, visual appeal, and functional reliability. The complex is 185 meters from Nanhu Station on Metro Line 1, providing direct access to the urban rail network. As a result, the power system must deliver stable performance under high loads and rapid fluctuations. Additionally, the nearby Jinhu Plaza business district requires a power supply that meets commercial standards for continuity and reliability, supporting both resident experience and long-term asset value. To meet the project’s high standards, the team partnered with certified suppliers, such as Key For You, to develop specialized cable solutions tailored to various needs. Power cables support community distribution, overhead insulated cables offer weather resistance for outdoor lighting and landscape power, and control cables ensure stable signal transmission in security systems. Guangzhou Nightscape Project

In 2019, Guangzhou implemented a landscape lighting enhancement project for its core river section. This major undertaking spanned the central reaches of the Pearl River from Baitan to the Dongpu Grand Bridge, encompassing over 40 kilometers of shoreline, more than 700 buildings, 10 bridges, and multiple urban plazas. Approximately 600,000 landscape luminaires were installed, aiming for a comprehensive transformation of Guangzhou's nocturnal cityscape. The project presented several challenges. The lighting system needed to operate without faults during the National Day period. Complex control schemes required a highly stable power network with strong interference protection. Additionally, the cabling had to withstand outdoor conditions, including river humidity, bridge movement, and the preservation of historic building structures.
